12. Punjab's focus is BeAdbi of Granth Sahib, not agriculture bills, Andolan is to change focus.

              Let's find out, what is its origin and what is its solution.

              Now that the BJP government has refused to talk to the farmers' leaders about these agro bills, despite a huge struggle. So every farmer is wondering what to do now.

              Friends This so-called agriculture bill is neither needed by India nor by Indian agriculture. This is the main political need of the BJP. This is the main theme of the BJP's election campaign and is a major article in the BJP's election manifesto. Not only the BJP but also the Congress parliamentary election manifesto has pledged to bring such an alleged agrarian reform bill. For the BJP and the Congress, it is a means to get 99% of non-Sikh votes without any expense. The formula was probably invented in 1984 by a Congress leader, RK Dhawan. This formula was explained to me by Babu Kanshi Ram Ji. We were sitting at Babu ji's house for dinner and Bibi Mayawati was cooking with two other girls. Giving all the details, Babu ji said that I have told you this fact, but I have not told Mayawati about it either.

              Friends, because I have the opportunity to be a member of the Agricultural Prices Commission and a member of the Indian Agricultural Research Institute Pusha. During the Emergency, the Akali Dal has been sending me to non-Congress parties in India for reconciliation and dialogue. So maybe no other friend has more information than me.

              Now let's talk about the political formula of BJP and Congress. Babu Kansi Ram ji had told me that on the night of Indira Gandhi's assassination, Delhi Intelligence had taken me in their custody along with my driver and vehicle and started interrogation. Intelligence suspects that the assassination was carried out by the US through Babu Kanshi Ram by men close to him. The Congress leaders present there agreed, but RK Dhawan (probably) opined that in my opinion, accusation of the assassination of Indira Gandhi on Kansi Ram would prove fatal for the Congress. The first is that the idea will be spread all over the world that India was ruled by the upper class Indira Gandhi. Fed up with this, the poor have assassinated Indira and brought about a coup in India. Second, 25-30 per cent of India's scheduled caste vote will be lost from the Congress. Third, India's relations with the United States will become hostile from a distance. Why not turn the matter to the Sikhs. If one percent Sikhs go away, then 99 percent non-Sikhs will come near us. But it is not enough to just make a statement. Large scale burning of Sikh houses and looting will also have to be carried out. So that the matter reaches every Indian.

Just after the idea was approved, RK Dhawan and some other leaders went outside and told the crowd that there was no point in just chanting slogans. Go Go and finish these lessons. Only with this government order did the Sikh genocide begin. Babu Kansi Ram was released from his detention the next midnight. The day dawned when (DS Four) workers wanted to know from Babu Kansi Ram where he was yesterday. So Babu ji said this is not the time to say anything.

              Even after knowing the above facts, some friends will wonder what it has to do with politics and agriculture bills. Dhawan's opinion proved to be a boon for the Congress. In the forthcoming parliamentary elections, the Congress may not have got as many votes as India did at the time of independence. Since then, the BJP and the Congress have been of the view that twisting the Sikh was to get the non-Sikh vote easily. It is a major political issue. Because the Congress has instilled in the minds of non-Sikhs a deep hatred of Sikhs through false propaganda. The direct adverse effect of the agriculture bills is mainly on the farmers of Punjab, who are all Sikhs. The number of Punjabis in India is only 2 percent. Farmers are less than 1 percent. The more struggles the peasants make, the more publicity there will be. The same number of non-Sikh votes will be associated with the BJP. Therefore, the BJP government is not likely to accede to the demands of the farmers under any circumstances. No matter how intense the struggle.

              Now the question arises what is the solution? There is a solution, but there is a fear that if the fight between the two sides is on its own and the other side comes in to the fight, then both sides run to kill each  other. This is the truth. I am afraid even though. I am a farmer and a farmer supporter, I will not be considered anti-farmer. Well, whatever opinion I am giving, I am giving as a farmer.

              The Sport Price Act was introduced by the Congress government at a time when only Punjab was producing wheat. All grain was bought by merchants. I also sold all my wheat to a merchant for three rupees a mound. Wheat was imported. Which was very expensive. The government was being discredited. The government was forced to stockpile wheat. Therefore, the government, in the name of support price, started buying wheat through the Mandi Board at a slightly higher price than the normal price. Giving support price was not the need of the farmer but the need and compulsion of the government. But later this support price was dishonestly made a control price so that no one else could buy wheat and no farmer could take his crop out of Punjab. Support prices were issued for certain crops in some states. Not all over India. Therefore, in the eyes of the law, it is a concession to the farmer. The Punjab farmer does not have a fundamental right. Which could be enforced by the Supreme Court. The government had given a local concession, which the government withdrew. Supreme Court will not interfere in this case

              But India, on the other hand, is a federal constitutional state. Agriculture and agricultural produce are on the state list. The state has a constitutional right to export its food grains and to purchase agricultural products. The UN and its agriculture cell recognize this right. In many of the world's most federalized states  are selling their food in the international market. Punjabis and farmers should return their struggle to their basic rights. Now 99 per cent of consumers are against 1 per cent producer of wheat. But the struggle to enter the international market will win the hearts of all states, all sections, all Indians. There will be support from all over India. The victory of this struggle is certain. The price of wheat in Iran and Iraq is one and a half times that of Punjab. The 19 states that became independent from Russia have not yet been able to produce enough food. But there are a lot of fruits and other minerals and they are very cheap. Land is very cheap. That can be a boon for Punjabi farmers, and also a boon to India. They are importing from Europe and America. Punjab's trade with such countries can make Punjab prosperous again. But all this can only happen through the Punjab government.

Kisan leaders should send a good well message to India government. Free trade matter should be considered under influence of International law. If the kisan leaders achieve this major relief, the focus on three agro bills be minimized. Every intelligent punjabi knows the value of free trade. Every inteligent punjabi feels that the present agitation is in futile. With the achievement of free trade of wheat image of kisan leaders will be rehabilitated. God save the Punjab.
