“ToshaKhana”, treasury of Darbar Sahib was looted by Akalies

That before 1984, Jathedar Major Singh a resident of V Jalal in Phul assembly constituency, became poor to the extent uopt the limit that he sold his whole property and was residing at deraNihang Singh at V DialpuraBhaika.

That, at the time of attack on darbar sahib, Baba Santa Singh head of Budha Dal, appointed to do kar-seva, Mohan Singh Phul, was DisttJathedar of Bhatinda, Major Singh, (father of plaintiff Rajinder Singh) as Jathedar of Phul block appointed by Mohan Singh. Santa Singh directed to Jathedarmohan Singh to bring sevaks, to perform the Karseva. Jathedar Mohan Singh asked Jathedar Major Singh to bring some workers to do karseva. Jathedar major Singh carried his sons, nephews, and cognates, to the karseva at Darbar Sahib.

That being confident of Mohan Singh, Jathedar Major Singh group, was entrusted the seva of “ToshaKhana”, the treasury of Darbar Sahib.

That according to reliable sources, those are considered and believed to be true by the appellant, that by good luck, group of Major Sigh got valuables of treasury of ToshaKhana, while removing the debris of Darbar Sahib. Jathedar Major Singh succeeded to conceal major part of this treasury, and slept back to his native village by making false excuses.

That later, after a long time Jathedar Mohan Singh discovered this action, when Major Singh who was a home-less and penny-less, before 1984, became paralyzed suddenly after 1984, developed property about four crores at V. Jalal alone, without any source of income even for single rupee.

He visited many times to the residence of Major Singh, to put force on him, to return such treasury.

That later S Baldev Singh Came to Phul as DSP Phul. Jathedar Mohan Singh was constantly putting pressure on Jathedar Major Singh, to return the treasury. That Jathedar Mohan Singh was residing in his small farm house as alone. To implement the conspiracy, Jathedar Major Singh who was the supporter of Sikander Singh Maluka, got the blessings of Sikander Singh Maluka.

Jathedar Mohan Singh   was close to congress and also intimacy with me.  Jathedar explained the whole incidence to me and asked for help. I told Mohan Singh that I am not in a position to help him but it is very bad on part of Major Singh and Sikander Singh Maluka. Jathedar Mohan Singh died under mysterious circumstances. No serious inquiry/investigation was made, due to the patronization of Sikander Singh Maluka and Baldev Singh DSP.

It is believed that such treasury was divided between, Jathedar Major Singh, and Sikander Singh Maluka,. This concept is believed as a reality from the following facts.

Major Singh who was a home-less and penny-less, before 1984, became paralyzed suddenly after 1984, developed property as decent house and a about 20 shops market complex..

Sikander Sigh Maluka, who was a cycle-rider, became the owner of property worth multi crores.  Sikander Singh Maluka has property, hundreds times beyond his means of income, that is one/two acre of land.

Congress leaders and residents tried their best to conduct aninquiry relating to the mysterious death of Jathedar Mohan Singh but due to pressure of Mr Maluka that was not done.
