A02. DHARAM-YUDH AGAINST CORRUPTION
The "Anti-Corruption Party" is being set
up not to seize power but to launch a religious
war against corruption. Everyone who is
conscious or fighting against corruption. He is

Anti-Corruption Party is currently a political

There is no denying that Punjab is on the brink
of change. Every section is very miserable. In
2014, Badal Sahi was not given state power by
the people of Punjab. Presented by Mamata
Banerjee. It was given by Manmohan Singh. Mr.
Manpreet Singh Badal Sahib. Capt. Amarinder
Singh Ji. Given the situation in Punjab, Mr.
Manmohan Singh was more responsible. In a
nutshell, for every aspect of Punjab's decline
and the current predicament, S. Manmohan Singh
is considered responsible. Which not only gave
free rein to the Badalshahi to do as he pleased,

The constitution of the "Punjab Anti-Corruption
Party" has been framed keeping in view the needs
and conditions of Punjab. The Aam Aadmi Party's
election manifesto has also been looked at, but
it does not seem to be beneficial for Punjab.
Punjab's needs, conditions are very different
from Delhi. The situation in Delhi and Punjab is
different day and night. There has been
religious dictatorship in Punjab. For any man
with a different ideology, religion, manners,
living according to one's own desires, doing
Paath Puja, holding one's own religious
ceremonies, has been a daunting task.
Government-sponsored groups carried out attacks
under the auspices of the police. The government
used to take some such steps to reduce the
eyeballs. The purpose of which was to destroy a
religious institution or idea.
Speaking out against the Badalshahi dictator
ship was a death knell. Those who speak out
against the government, those who oppose
corruption, have been put to death. Their
responsibility has been shifted to the
innocents, who are already languishing in jails,
who have fallen victim to a conspiracy. Such
innocents end up in jails before they get a
chance to reveal any truth. The news does not
even appear in the press. The court is also
unable to provide protection on appeal to the
Judicial Court. Not every plaintiff, victim, can
go to the High Court in this regard. Justice is
very expensive. If found, found too late. The
High Court has no means of identifying genuine
and fake plaintiffs. There is still a long way
to go before the High Court.
I am not saying all this emotionally. I know
that even today Badal has taken over the state
by changing the royal face. I know what will
happen to me. The Maluka Mafia will greet me
with bullets, the same welcome that Lakha Sidhan
received during the Block Samiti elections. I
will be thrown in jail with fake case, where no
news of my death will be published by any
newspaper.
Now you will ask why I am taking this risk.
There are two reasons for this. The first is
that where a ruthless tyrant like Maluka has
looted my Bathinda's property worth billions of
rupees. Badal Sahib should be fully aware of
this. But he may be doing everything as a silent
spectator instead of investigating all such
lootings under his politics as the Chief
Minister. It is the duty of every human being
under such a ruler to fight against the rogue
royal policy of the ruler.
In my case, Badal Sahib has gone even further.
They have also filed false cases against me to
silence me. Thank God there is still justice in
the judiciary, which Badal Shahi has not been
able to reach yet. I feel that instead of living
such a life of indifference, a voice should be
raised against corruption and oppression. Make
the people realize their rights. Rather than the
death of cowardice, I consider accepting death
while fighting for the public interest, I
consider it the right destination of my life.
The second reason is the inspiration of my inner
souls. In Punjab, corruption, tyranny, mafia
looting, communal injustice have broken their
democratic boundaries. In the minds of the
people of Punjab, hatred and internal rebellion
have arisen against it. People are scared.
Because of this they are not capable of
rebelling. Corruption has been made a royal
religion. People are forced to vote for
corruption out of fear and greed. On such
occasions, speaking out against oppression or
looting would be a noble cause for the relief of
millions of people. According to Indian
scriptures, this is considered to be the
greatest virtue. I am not waging a crusade against corruption to get a state. This crusade cannot be fulfilled by sacrifice alone. Evil needs to be changed. Laws can only be changed after a corrupt government has changed. This is the difference between an anti-corruption party and other parties. Other parties are fighting for their own rule. But the anti-corruption party is fighting to eradicate corruption. This mission is clear from its pledge.
The anti-corruption movement in Punjab has
gained momentum. I want to start a crusade
against corruption, drug mafia, land mafia, sand
and gravel mafia, transport mafia, cable mafia,
etc. Mafia is a French word that has gained
international recognition. This means a group
that forcibly loses the rights of others.
My martyrdom will intensify this crusade. I am
getting response to this crusade from every
section of Punjab. My inner inspiration is that
the end of corruption, looting of Punjab,
oppression, perpetrators is about to happen in
the near future. People are ready for it. I have
decided to sacrifice myself on the altar of
oppression. If my sacrifice can be a means of
imprisoning the looters of Punjab, then the
purpose of my life will be fulfilled.
If my sacrifice can save Punjab from blind
plunder then I will consider myself lucky

HEAVY WATER OF PUNJAB SIPHONED TO RUSSIA
All I want to say about myself is that I am not
a man of greedy nature. If I was greedy for
money or power, I would not quit politics just
because Badal Sahib said "Jalal Sahib forgave
you".
By that time I had twice won a seat in the
Punjab Vidhan Sabha. He had become a member of
the Agriculture Price Commission. He was also
nominated as the Director of the Indian
Agricultural Research Institute, Pusha New Delhi
(which conducts research on all agricultural
universities in India). Apart from this he was
also an officer of many other organizations. My
research based (detective based) speeches in the
Punjab Vidhan Sabha also gave me a lot of pride.
For instance, on May Day, when no Akali member
was ready to speak, Speaker Sahib motioned for
me to complete the formality. My lecture

history of May Day, I saw the need to show how
India, having become independent from the
British, became a slave to Russia. Comrade
Satpal Dang, Darshan Singh Canadian etc. were

GREEDY NATURE OF S BADAL The above incidents related to Badal Sahib though was a routine word for Badal Sahib. But I understood the meaning, Badal Sahib's innermost feelings, and decided to take it in full depth. The incidents were very minor. Badal Sahib was the Chief Minister of Punjab. The Akali Legislative Party was holding a meeting. The agenda was to raise money for the Akali Conferences and to raise as much as possible. Most suggestions were sought. In my turn, I was of the opinion that buses and trucks cost a lot of money to transport people together. Because sometimes truck operators' unions, or transport companies, don't just provide resources on fuel costs. Apart from this, sangat has to be gathered from each village to fill several buses. These resources also come at a high cost.
But apart from that Rs 20,000 has to be given to
each MLA or former MLA as conference fund. While
all conferences are held in Gurdwaras. Where
stage, speaker, rugs, langar etc. are arranged
by Gurdwara Sahib. My request is that if this
20,000 is forgiven then double truck buses full
of sangat can be brought. Badal Sahib got some
serious. After some thought he said "Jalal Sahib
forgave you".
Although this was trivial. But it was not
trivial for me. It was clear that Badal Sahib
put caste interests before party interests.
Badal Sahib does not value hard work. My light
flower is the nest of communists. From where
always the comrade won. The Akali Dal had lost
six times. Sometimes bail is forfeited
Was I surveyed the communist ideology at a very
young age. Communism seemed to me a terrible
dictatorship. I became an independent candidate
at a very young age to eliminate the influence
of Communism from my constituency. I gave my
opinion to the public. They listened to me.

had joined the Akali Dal as Azad. The whole
constituency had become Akali. Earlier, the
Akali Dal did not have a single panchayat. After
my victory, Akali Panchayats were formed in all
the villages. But for Badal Sahib, only money
was valued. All the MLAs and Akali leaders felt
this. That Badal Sahib only values money. The
one who brings more money will get a higher
position. Bring it from anywhere. Do not cheat
anyone.
I could not do that. Where did the money come
from? From the people in your constituency. Who
respected the MLA or the Akali leader as God.
When they had to go to a town or a house, they
would make arrangements as if some divine power
was to come. Their poverty was obvious. Even the
most basic needs were not being met. My
conscience did not allow me to break my promise
of free service to them, to show them false
gardens, to take money by deception, and to
place them at the feet of Badal Sahib, where
there was already a heap of unfathomable notes,
I knew in advance. . So I decided to retire from
politics. You don't even have to vote in any
panchayat or society election, so you haven't
cast your vote in 25, 30 years.
Today, however, things have changed. Punjab has
become poor. People are committing suicide.
Construction has not stopped at all, it is over.
The looters have looted Punjab and deposited
billions of rupees abroad. Today the government
is formed by notes, not votes. Punjab has been
impoverished with the policy of killing the
conscience of the people. People's conscience
could be bought with notes. The people of Punjab
will forever be enslaved to looting. He has also
left behind Kanru Rashid. Karun Rashid has
become the king of Iran. Who was considered the
first religious person. But by becoming king, he
had deposited all the money of his countrymen in
the royal treasury. Then he learned from his

Today, Punjab's Karun Shahi has gone even
further. Many gullible heroes will think that
the Sikh Hindus of Punjab do not even bother.

POLITICAL PARTY HAS BEEN FORMED
I have put before my people the means to end
corruption. A political party has been formed to
achieve this. Corruption cannot be eradicated
through dharnas, fronts. In order to achieve
this, the first requirement is to form the
necessary political party. That is why Anti
Corruption Party Punjab has been formed. The
second requirement is to reach out to all
Punjabis with one's means and ideas for its
attainment. That is why this website has been
uploaded.
To end corruption, I want to repeat my childhood
history. I sincerely hope that the people of
Punjab will read carefully my proposal, which I
have called my election manifesto. Listen to me
Will support So I am sure that corruption will
end before the 2017 elections. I want to assure
Punjabis that my only goal is to eradicate
corruption from Punjab. We have to establish a
clean, transparent and transparent government.
It is not about becoming the Chief Minister or
gaining power. If my feelings were to gain

everything for the needs of my life.
Many veterans will think, if I have no greed,
then why I have formed my party. Why not support

leader. Today in Punjab, the parties that are
opposing Badalshahi, I have the opportunity to
see their leaders up close. I do not want to
talk about the Congress or Captain Sahib's
"Punjab Development Party". Because they have
got a chance to rule. It is this corruption that
has developed. In fact, the present Badalshahi
state is theirs. They are partners in corruption
in one way or another.
Many veterans think that I should support the
Aam Aadmi Party instead of forming a new party.
I don't want to hurt them. But I would like to
humbly request that Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi
Party are opposing polls. The Aam Aadmi Party
acknowledges the impact of Anna Hazare's
struggle. It included the virtuous and the poor.
But Kejriwal's teeth are different by showing
and eating. When Anna Hazare was some distance
from the BJP, it was the BJP that persuaded
Kejriwal to form a party. Because in Delhi, the
BJP had a solid Hindu vote. Kejriwal or Anna
Hazare Lehar Congress will win the vote.
Kejriwal also received a lot of financial
support. The result of the Delhi Assembly
elections was as expected by the BJP.
The part-time Chief Ministership in Delhi helped
raise half the money for Kejriwal. At this
point, Kejriwal fell victim to his ego, his
money, and external dish-information. He
compared the Congress and the BJP equally. It
was because of this money and ego that he
fielded 443 candidates in the parliamentary
elections. Apart from Punjab and Haryana, open
money was given to the remaining candidates. But
in all of India except Punjab, no candidate has
been granted bail.
Now the thought will come to your mind that if
there is no bail for any of Kejriwal's
candidates in Delhi, then who gave such a big
victory to Kejriwal in the Assembly elections
from the same voters. Veer ji, I am saying with
full conviction in this regard that neither
Kejriwal has won in the Delhi Assembly, nor the
BJP has lost. Kejriwal did not win at all. Only
Kiran Bedi has lost. Kiran Bedi is the reason
for forming the Kejriwal government. I was
heartbroken in those days. Kiran Bedi's decision
also disappointed many BJP workers. But he did
not open his mouth, as the decision was Modi
Sahib's. Sikh voters did not vote for Bedi
because he had persecuted Sikhs while he was in
charge of the police. The Hindu vote did not
take place because Kiran Bedi was a Sikh

Kejriwal now has no base despite having a
government in Delhi. He has lost the student
elections. The Kejriwal government will fall in
2016. Maybe that is why Kejriwal is looking at
Punjab. Even Kejriwal has been sold to Punjab's
corruption many times. Kejriwal has kicked out
old and capable men from his party. Only those
who have no qualifications or managerial
experience without Kejriwal's horses on stage
are blessed. The expelled leaders will also form
a new Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab. Before 2017,
Kejriwal's base in Punjab will be gone.
Things are changing in Punjab. The distance
between the Badalshahi and the BJP is widening
day by day. There is no prospect of a
partnership in the future. Therefore, the hopes
of the Badalshahi now rest on Kejriwal or
Captain Sahib. The Aam Aadmi Party is the first
preference. Because the Captain himself would
like to be the Chief Minister. That is why Badal
Shahi is supporting the Aam Aadmi Party in
Punjab.
Many Veers may be wondering what corruption and
mafia tell us. Such heroes have not yet opened
their eyes. Punjab, which was considered the
richest state in India 20 years ago, is now one
of the poorest states in India. More than half
of what is done in Punjab goes to corruption.
The government is showing development to the

The Sikh community in Punjab is struggling for
change. When Manpreet Singh Ji formed his own
party, the response from the Sikh community was
overwhelming. But when this section realized
that Manpreet ji could not get out of the
influence of his tau, this section again became
frustrated and sat at home. Now Manpreet ji
himself has boarded the sinking ship Congress.
Therefore, the end of this movement is certain.
The Sikh community in Punjab saw a second ray of
hope from the Aam Admi Party. Sikh voters in
Punjab voted in large numbers for the Aam Aadmi
Party. AAP voters were deeply saddened when,
shortly after the victory in Delhi, the
President of the Aam Aadmi Party, Mr. Kejriwal
Walji, abandoned all human values [which the
party had achieved by shouting slogans. As a
result, the party fell apart.
The possibility of an Aam Aadmi Party forming a
government in Punjab has been ruled out. Because
among the Sikh electorate, the intelligentsia
and the conscious class, who are closely
watching Kejriwal's policies, have left the Aam
Aadmi Party. The Hindu community in Punjab has
never adopted the Aam Aadmi Party. Only the
rural section of the Sikh electorate, which has
not reached Kejriwal's real genius, is currently
Kejriwal.

Kejriwal for the next year and a half. Because
Kejriwal is not capable of solving Punjab's

It is rumored that Kejriwal was sold to
corruption even before he was born. People are
revealing many secrets about the Bathinda
parliamentary election and the Talwandi Sabo
by-election, the Dhuri by-election. After
capturing Delhi, he first of all wiped out the
personalities who made him the ruler of Delhi.

Kejriwal took over the government in the name of
fighting corruption, but as soon as the
government was formed, he became engrossed in
corruption.
Clearly, Kejriwal's name could form the
government in Punjab. And no, they can't improve
Punjab. The people of Punjab are plagued by
corruption. They are sealed the fight against
corruption. They will not remove one corruption
and perpetuate another.
The support of Jatt Zamindar voters of Malwa
sector of Punjab is now on Capt. Amarinder
Singh. But Captain Sahib's relationship is not
as clear as it was in 2002. In 2002, there was a
Congress government at the Center. Sonia had
nominated Captain Sahib as the next Chief
Minister of Punjab long before the elections. In
this regard, Jagmeet Singh was overtaken and
Captain Sahib was appointed Congress President.
But now there is no Congress government at the
Center. Besides, Sonia feels the need for
Captain Sahib for the Congress, but does not
agree to make him the Chief Minister of Punjab
if a Congress government can be formed in
Punjab.
I am not Captain Sahib's point China. Rather,
being their community, I am well-meaning. I
tried to stay with them as long as possible. Lok
Rai conveyed to them. Sometimes he also gave an
opinion. Only once did they obey me. Now their
officials have made their visions rare for me. I
also asked Maharani Sehba for a minute. Maharani
Sahib's behavior was not only disappointing but

Captain Sahib, resigned from the assembly
constituency of Talwandi Sabo and returned to
the assembly as the Akali candidate. Captain
Sahib did not protest. One seat of Badal Sahib
was still missing. That a close relative of
Captain Sahib resigned from Dhuri constituency.
No one in the Congress was ready to get a
ticket. The Congress High Command feels that it
is Captain Sahib who is responsible for
weakening the Congress in Punjab.
There are a few other reasons that show Captain
Sahib's distance from the Congress High Command.
When Bhole, who was arrested in the drug case,
named Majithia Sahib as the patron of the drug
mafia, all the parties in Punjab demanded the
arrest of Majithia and an inquiry by the CBI.
But Captain Sahib opposed the demand. Even then,
all those close to Captain Sahib have left the
Congress. Captain Sahib's brother-in-law Natwar
Singh has left the Congress and joined the BJP.
His son Jagat Singh Kaman is a BJP MLA from
Bharatpur district in Rajasthan. Captain Sahib
has a relationship with Shanta kumar.
Some of Captain Sahib's supporters would get
angry with me and ask why Captain Sahib was
given a ticket to Amritsar. Why Deputy Leader in
Parliament? Let me share my information in this
regard.
I founded the Anti-Corruption Move about ten
years ago. Some advertisements were also given,
but no special response was received. I made up
my mind to fight the Bathinda Parliament for
propaganda. The first news came that Manpreet
would contest from the PPP, the Congress would
support him. Then came the news that Manpreet
was in talks with the Aam Aadmi Party for
support. At this time in Delhi, I met Hashti,
who is considered to be in charge of giving
Congress parliamentary tickets. I told them that
now that Manpreet has joined the Aam Aadmi
Party. No senior Congress candidate has emerged
yet. I just want to fight against corruption. If
the Congress supports me, it can be a strong
competition.
He said that Congress could not support anyone.
We are contesting Captain Sahib from Bathinda. I
told them it was not possible at all. Captain
Sahib will not fight from Bathinda. However, he
had to leave the Congress. They will not even
