A03. THE CAUSE OF POVERTY IN PUNJAB IS CORRUPTION.

The ACP is being set up to launch a religious war against corruption. Everyone who is conscious or fighting against corruption. He is honored in "ACP". ACP is a wave. I want to make it clear that "ACP" is a great war against corruption. This is the second war of independence. It would not be wrong to call it a religious war against corruption.

          The cause of poverty in Punjab is corruption. With the mobilization of anti-corruption resources, the economic condition of Punjab will be at an all time high in a few months.

          Punjab was the main center of India's freedom struggle. Punjab has suffered the most. Punjab, which made India independent, has again become a slave today. Slave of corruption, slave of drug mafia, slave of sand and gravel mafia, slave of cable mafia, slave of transport mafia, slave of frauds, slave of fake lorries and slave of many robber gangs.

            More than the group occupying the Punjab government is looting Punjab, it is looting Gurudwaras through the Sikh Board (Shiromani Committee). Such a torch is not found in the history of the world. The Sikh electorate of the Punjab, under their religious sentiments, had given this looting to the state. Captain Sarkar has become an accomplice of looting. Today Punjab wants to get rid of this too. But he does not see any alternative to this looting.

           There is no denying that Punjab is on the brink of change. Every section is very miserable. The path to ridding this miserable class of corruption is very risky. Then why am I taking this risk. There are two reasons for this. The first is that where a ruthless tyrant like Maluka has looted my Bathinda's property worth billions of rupees. Badal Sahib should be fully aware of this. But he may be doing everything as a silent spectator instead of investigating all such lootings under his politics as the Chief Minister. And Captain Sahib may have become the guardian of corruption. It is the duty of every human being under such a ruler to fight against the rogue royal policy of the ruler.

          In my case, Badal Sahib had gone even further. They also filed a false case against me to silence me. Thank God there is still justice in the judiciary, which Badal Shahi has not been able to reach yet. I feel that instead of living such a life of indifference, a voice should be raised against corruption and oppression. Make the people realize their rights. Accepting death while fighting for the public interest, rather than the death of cowardice, I consider the right destination of my life.

            The second reason is the inspiration of my inner souls. In Punjab, corruption, tyranny, mafia looting, communal injustice have broken their democratic boundaries. In the minds of the people of Punjab, hatred and internal rebellion have arisen against it. People are scared. Because of this they are not capable of rebelling. Corruption has been made a royal religion. People are forced to vote for corruption out of fear and greed. On such occasions, speaking out against oppression or looting would be a noble cause for the relief of millions of people. According to Indian scriptures, this is considered to be the greatest virtue.

             I did not form the ACP to get the state, I am starting a crusade against corruption. This crusade cannot be fulfilled by sacrifice alone. Evil needs to be changed. Laws can only be changed after a corrupt government has changed. This is the difference between the ACP and the other parties. Other parties are fighting for their own rule. But the ACP is fighting for an end to corruption. This mission is clear from its pledge.

              The anti-corruption movement in Punjab has gained momentum. I want to start a crusade against corruption, drug mafia, land mafia, sand and gravel mafia, transport mafia, cable mafia, etc. Although these mafias were the product of the Badal government, they have flourished in the Captain's government even faster than the Badalshahi. Mafia is a French word that has gained international recognition. It means, group, group, which forcibly deprives others of their rights.

My martyrdom will intensify this crusade. I am getting response to this crusade from every section of Punjab. My inner inspiration is that the end of corruption, looting of Punjab, oppression, perpetrators is about to happen in the near future. People are ready for it. I have decided to sacrifice myself on the altar of oppression. If my sacrifice can be a means of imprisoning the looters of Punjab, then the purpose of my life will be fulfilled.

               If my sacrifice can save Punjab from blind plunder then I will consider myself lucky

            All I want to say about myself is that I am not a man of greedy nature. If I was greedy for money or power, I would not have left Badal Sahib behind.

          By that time I had twice won a seat in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha. He had become a member of the Agriculture Price Commission. He was also nominated as the Director of the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Pusha New Delhi (which conducts research on all agricultural universities in India). Apart from this he was also an officer of many other organizations. I was also honored by my detective based speeches in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha. For instance, on May Day, when no Akali member was ready to speak, Speaker Sahib motioned for me to complete the formality. My lecture continued for four days. As I recounted the history of May Day, I saw the need to show how India, having become independent from the British, became a slave to Russia. Comrade Satpal Dang, Darshan Singh Canadian etc. were very excited. I have explained in detail how Russia has enslaved Pandit Nehru along with Subhash Ji. However, for four days Punjab Press was publishing my speeches. But the news was adopted not only by the national but also by the international press. The Government of India had stopped production of heavy water at Bhakra Nangal a few days later.

         My light flower is the nest of communists. From where always the comrade won. The Akali Dal had lost six times. Bail was also seized several times. I surveyed the communist ideology at a very young age. Communism seemed to me a terrible dictatorship. I became an independent candidate at a very young age to eradicate the influence of Communism from my constituency. I gave my opinion to the public. They listened to me. Considered and accepted. It was the first time I had joined the Akali Dal as Azad. The whole flower had changed from a communist to an Akali. Earlier, the Akali Dal did not have a single panchayat. After my victory, Akali Panchayats were formed in all the villages.

         Badal Sahib was the Chief Minister of Punjab. The Akali Legislative Party was holding a meeting. The agenda was to raise money for the Akali Conferences and to raise as much as possible. Most suggestions were sought. In my turn, I was of the opinion that buses and trucks cost a lot of money to transport people together. Because sometimes truck operators' unions, or transport companies do not provide resources to help with fuel costs. The sangat also has to gather from each village to fill several buses. These resources also come at a high cost.

             But apart from that Rs 20,000 has to be given to each MLA or former MLA as conference fund. While all conferences are held in Gurdwaras. Where stage, speaker, rugs, langar etc. are arranged by Gurdwara Sahib. My request is that if this 20,000 is forgiven then double truck buses full of sangat can be brought. Mr. Badal did not like what I said. They had become somewhat serious.

After some thought he said "Jalal Sahib forgave you". The above incidents related to Badal Sahib though was a routine word for Badal Sahib. But I understood the meaning, Badal Sahib's innermost feelings, and decided to take it in full depth.

              This was trivial. But it was not trivial for me. It was clear that Badal Sahib put caste interests before party interests. Badal Sahib does not value hard work. But for Badal Sahib, only money was valued. All the MLAs and Akali leaders felt this. That Badal Sahib only values ​​money. The one who brings more money will get a higher position. Bring it from anywhere. Do not cheat anyone.

               I could not do that. Where did the money come from? From the people in your constituency. Who respected the MLA or the Akali leader as God. When they had to go to a town or a house, they would make arrangements as if some divine power was to come. Their poverty was obvious. Even the most basic needs were not being met. My conscience did not allow me to break my promise of free service to them, to show them false gardens, to take money by deception, and to place them at the feet of Badal Sahib, where there was already a heap of unfathomable notes, I knew in advance. . I did not want to join the Congress. The Congress ignored the interests of the peasantry. So I decided to retire from politics. You don't even have to vote in any panchayat or society election, so you haven't cast your vote in 25, 30 years.

            Today, however, things have changed. Punjab has become poor. People are committing suicide. Construction has not stopped at all, it is over. The looters have looted Punjab and deposited billions of rupees abroad. Today the government is formed by notes, not votes. Punjab has been impoverished with the policy of killing the conscience of the people. People's conscience could be bought with notes. The people of Punjab will forever be enslaved to looting. He has also left behind Kanru Rashid. Karun Rashid has become the king of Iran. Who was considered the first religious person. But by becoming king, he had deposited all the money of his countrymen in the royal treasury. Then he learned from his vizier, Yahya, that there was still work to be done. All the graves were dug. The corpses were exhumed from the streets.

         Today, Punjab's Karun Shahi has gone even further. There are rumors that under the auspices of the government, under the auspices of the looters, the brown, black, white river has been flooded, about one million youths have been kidnapped, killed and the looters themselves have accumulated billions of rupees abroad. Isn't this bureaucracy? Blind looting by capturing sand and gravel and mafia, not bureaucracy? The decision to donate Shamlat is not bureaucratic? How many will be counted? Hundreds of mafias were created here to plunder the Punjab. Looting the Punjab, looting Gurudwaras was the royal act of the Badalshahi. Protecting corruption, partnering with corruption is the royal religion of Captainshahi.

            If Punjab remained like this for some time, there would be nothing left to loot. Now is the time for every Punjabi to think. To awaken your conscience. To save the future of our children. If you don't get up today, you won't be able to get up again.

I have heard from thousands of heroes that corruption cannot be eradicated. I have put before my people the means to end corruption. Created a website to access this tool. Corruption cannot be eradicated through dharnas, fronts. In order to achieve this, the first requirement is to form the required party. That is why "ACP" has been constituted. The second requirement is to reach out to all Punjabis with one's means and ideas for its attainment. That is why this website has been uploaded.

           To end corruption, I want to repeat my childhood history. I sincerely hope that the people of Punjab will read carefully my proposal, which I have called my election manifesto.
