The latter is related to the late King Harun al-Rashid of Iraq, known as the Qarun King. Harun al-Rashid was the fifth caliph and ruler of the Abyssinian tribe, with Baghdad as its capital. There is no other such torch in history after Karun.

However, there is no other such monarchy in the world. But the so-called Sevadar of Punjab, the so-called Panthic government, under the guise of squandering its money, has made some such decisions, some laws, which are reminding us of Karun. 50. ਕਾਰੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਰਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਗੀ

 

ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਗਲ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਇਰਾਕ ਦੇ ਬਾਦਸਾਹ ਹਾਰੂੰ-ਅਲ-ਰਾਸ਼ੀਦ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਕਾਰੂੰ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਹੈ। ਹਾਰੂੰ-ਅਲ-ਰਾਸ਼ੀਦ ਅਬਸ਼ਿਆ ਕਬੀਲੇ ਦਾ ਪੰਜਵਾਂ ਖਲੀਫਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਕਮਰਾਨ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸਦੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਬਗਦਾਦ ਸੀ।ਹਾਰੂੰ-ਅਲ-ਰਾਸ਼ੀਦ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁਤਰ ਅਲ-ਅਮੀਨ ਦੇ ਜਨਮ ਲੈਣ ਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਸੁਖ ਅਰਾਮ ਲਈ ਹੋਰ ਧਨ ਦੌਲਤ ਇਕੱਠੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਮਸਿੂਸ ਕੀਤੀ। ਹਾਰੂੰ-ਅਲ-ਰਾਸ਼ੀਦ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਧਨ ਦੌਲਤ ਜਬਰੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਹਿਲ ਵਿਚ ਇਕੱਠੀ ਕਰ ਲਈ। ਲੋਕ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਕੰਗਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਆਤਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਟੀ ਕਪੜੇ ਆਦਿ ਲੋੜਾਂ ਲਈ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਚਰਣੀ ਪੈਣ ਲਗੇ। ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨਾਮੇਂ ਉਪਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ।ਉਸਨੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਫੌਜ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਸੀ।

 

 ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਜੀਰ ਯਾਹੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਛਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੋਲ ਕੋਈ ਪੈਸਾ ਰਹਿ ਤਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਯਾਹੀਆ ਨੇ ਦਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਇਆ ਦਮੜਾ ਅਜੇ ਤਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਾਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਤੁਰਤ ਸਭ ਦਮੜੇ ਨਿਕਾਲਣ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿਤਾ। ਸਭ ਮੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਬਰਾਂ ਪੁਟਕੇ, ਗਲੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੜੀਆਂ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਦਮੜੇ ਕਢਕੇ ਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਖਜਾਨੇ ਵਿਚ ਦਾਖਿਲ ਕਰ ਦਿਤੇ ਗਏ।ਹਾਰੂੰ-ਅਲ-ਰਾਸ਼ੀਦ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਪੈਸਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁਤਰ ਅਲ-ਅਮੀਨ ਦੇ ਮਹਿਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਗਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਿਆ। ਕਾਰੂੰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਦ ਇਤਹਾਸ ਵਿਚ ਅਜੇਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਮਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦੀ।

 

ਭਾਂਵੇਂ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਭਰ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਅਜੇਹੀ ਘਟੀਆ ਰਾਜਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਦਾ ਜਿਕਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦਾ। ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰ ਅਖਵਾੳਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਥਿਤ ਪੰਥਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ, ਆਪਣੀ ਪੈਸਾ ਵਟੋਰਨ ਦੀ ਹਵਸ ਅਧੀਨ, ਕੁਝ ਅਜੇਹੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ, ਕੁਝ ਅਜੇਹੇ ਕਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਾਏ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਾਰੂੰ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਸਭ ਫੈਸਲੇ, ਕਨੂੰਨ ਰਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ, ਕਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਲੰਮਾਂ ਵੇਰਵਾ ਇਥੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ। ਮਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੇਖੋ “ਸੁਧਾਰ ਨੰਬਰ 20. ਸ਼ਾਮਲਾਤ ਜਮੀਨ ਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕਨੂੰਨ।
