87. New life will be given to drug addicts, youths involved in gang war.
Previous governments have considered the separated, the gang-ridden youth, the hard-line religious ideologues as their fixed vote bank. That is why black, brown and white rivers have flowed or have flowed in Punjab. That is why gang war has reached its climax. Due to which even the promising youth have been forced to move away from a better life. The rulers consider this ambush of youth as their clever politics.
But the ACP considers such a policy a misdemeanor. ACP will enable drug addicted youth to live a new life with good medicines and good nutrition. It will create opportunities for the youth to live a beautiful life by taking them out of the gang war and giving them new employment or opportunities to go abroad. Social equality will be realized by setting up an old age home for the elderly. The health department will be present for health care.

 

87. ਨਸ਼ਾ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ, ਗੈਂਗ ਵਾਰ ਵਿਚ ੳਲੁਝੇ ਨੌਜੁਆਂਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਦਿਤੀ ਜਾਏ ਗੀ।

ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਛੇੜੀਆਂ, ਗੈਂਗਵਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਫਸੇ ਨੌਜੁਆਂਨਾਂ, ਕਟੜ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਜੁਰਗਾਂ, ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੱਕਾ ਵੋਟਬੈਂਕ ਸਮਝਦੀਆਂ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਲੇ, ਭੂਰੇ ਤੇ ਚਿਟੇ ਦਰਿਆ ਵਗੇ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਵਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਗੈਂਗਵਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਚਰਮ ਸੀਮਾਂ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਚੁਕੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੋਣਹਾਰ ਨੌਜੁਆਨ ਭੀ ਵਧੀਆ ਸਾਂਵੀਂ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਤੋ ਦੂਰ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਹੁਕਮਰਾਨ ਜੁਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਘਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਚਾਣਕੀਆਂ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਨ।

       ਪਰ ਏਸੀਪੀ ਅਜੇਹੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਸ਼ਕਰਮ ਸਮਝਦੀ ਹੈ। ਏਸੀਪੀ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਗ੍ਰਸ਼ਤ ਜੁਆਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧੀਆ ਦੁਆਈਆਂ ਤੇ ਵਧੀਆ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਨਾਲ, ਨਵੀਂ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਜਿਉਣ ਦੇ ਕਾਬਲ ਬਣਾਏ ਗੀ। ਨੋਜੁਆਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੈਂਗਵਾਰ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਕੱਧਕੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਰੁਜਗਾਰ ਜਾਂ ਬਿਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਦੇਕੇ, ਸੁਹਾਣੀ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਜਿਉਣ ਦੇ ਸਾਧਨ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰੇ ਗੀ। ਬਜੁਰਗਾਂ ਲਈ ਬਿਰਧ ਆਸ਼ਰਮ ਬਣਾਕੇ ਸਮਾਜਕ ਬਰਾਬਰੀ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਏ ਗਾ। ਸੇਹਤ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਲਈ ਹੈਲਥ ਡਿਪਾਰਟਮੈਂਟ ਹਾਜਰ ਹੋਵੇ ਗਾ।
