farmers of Punjab!

destruction of Punjab.

India is the world's largest rice exporter.
Most of which are going to Iran, Iraq, Saudi
Arabia, UAE and other Arab countries. But wheat
is not being sent to these countries. India is
exporting wheat to Egypt, Indonesia, Algeria,
Brazil and Bangladesh. If rice is being sent to
Arab countries which are very close then why
wheat cannot be sent to these countries. While
they are demanding wheat at double the price of
wheat in Punjab. The cost of export will also be
a quarter. India is sending 14 items from other
states to Pakistan. But wheat is not allowed to
be sent. Because wheat is mainly grown in
Punjab. This discrimination against Punjab
continued during the Indira, Rajiv and Manmohan
governments.
India has free trade agreements with
many of its neighbors. Free trade means that
these countries do not need to obtain a
clearance license to buy or sell any goods from
India. No tax levy will be levied on any import
or export. Any such country can sell its items
whenever it wants.
Pakistan has also signed a free trade agreement
with India. Which has not yet been canceled.
India is importing onions from Pakistan under
this free trade. The rest of the free trade
countries are Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan,
Ceylon, Chile, Korea, Maldives, Burma, Nepal,
Singapore, Lanka, Thailand, Argentina, Brazil,
Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela and South Asian
Free Trade Area. This description is given
because the Indira, Rajiv and Manmohan
governments had free trade with countries so far
away. But wheat was not allowed to be sent to
Pakistan within a kilometer.
The wheat crop is coming. Pakistan is demanding
35 lakh quintals of wheat from India. Countries
like Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait,
Bahrain, Qatar, Yemen, Oman, Turkey,
Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan are longing
for Punjab's wheat. These are arid countries.
Wheat is not grown here. Wheat is the largest
and best food in the world. That is why they are
willing to pay double or triple the price. Many
countries have also offered oil in exchange for
wheat. In return we can get fertilizers,
inorganic, vegetables, fruit, dried fruit,
carpet, acrylic, hydrocarbons, beverage,
electronics, coconut, cotton, wool etc. When Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait export oil through APIC, it will have to sell its oil at the price set by the 13 APEC countries. But under the United Nations' Oil for Food Clause, if the same country wants to supply oil in exchange for wheat, the Upic's laws do not apply to it. Thus oil is considered his domestic consumption. He can give many times more oil.
India's constitutional structure is
federal type. Every state has the right to sell,
buy, export, import etc related to its
agriculture. Because these articles are in the
state list of the Indian Constitution. Captain government can ask for this right. This is a
constitutional right of the Punjab Government.
The Badal and Captain governments have never
sought any constitutional right from the Center
for Punjab. They have sought permission to
plunder only Punjab in the presence of Indira,
Rajiv and in partnership with Manmohan Singh.
If a company can set up its own private
free trade zone in Gujarat, why can't a wheat
free trade zone be set up at the border near Attari Border or Shaheed Bhagat Memorial
Ferozepur. Where every farmer in India could
sell his wheat directly. Because it is the main
land border of India. All the oil rich countries
can exchage wheat with oil through Pakistan. If the private free trade
zone in Gujarat has been sanctioned by the State
Government. So why can't the Punjab government
create a private or government "free trade zone"?
If the state of Bengal can provide free trade
based, wheat and Rs 2 per unit of electricity to
its separated brother Bangladesh, and can get a
lot of goods from Bangladesh, then why can't
East Punjab do business with West Punjab. Why
can't we send our wheat to Arab countries by
road, at very low transport cost?
Farmers, youth and farmer leaders of
Punjab. In this agitation, 95 per cent of the
contribution belongs to the Sikh farmers of
Punjab. 4 per cent is from farmers in western
Haryana. One per cent belongs to the farmers of Terai
and Rajasthan. Half of them are Sikh farmers.
But our kisan leader Rajewal Sahib is obsessed
with nationalism. They are abandoning Punjab and
Sikh traditions. Traditions related to Sikh
heroism and India's independence. By belittling
our sacrifice, the kisan leaders are giving all
the credit to the so-called Indian farmer. Apart
from his alleged peasant comrades, he is making
a alone Totru like Joginder Yadav, the leader of
every meeting, every program. He is making
Rakesh Tikait a policy maker. Where are the
leaders of 400 farmers 'organizations and their
farmers' organizations? It is a vicious attempt
to push back the farmers, youth and sacrifice of
Punjab.
Political planning has been done to push back
the farmers and youth of Punjab. Punjabi farmers
dominate the seven stages of Tikri Border,
Kundli and Burari stages. Never heard any noisy
drunkenness. But the Singhu stage is occupied by
leaders of the Left and the Congress ideology.
New orders are issued daily. Sometimes the order
to remove the saffron flag, sometimes the order
to remove the Nishan Sahib, sometimes the order to shake
the youth,
sometimes the Nihangs are told that now we don't
need you, go away. All day long, he has been
talking about winning the Delhi government 19
times and hoisting saffron flags at the Red
Fort. There are occasional statements that those
who raise the flag at red Fort are enemies
of the Kisan Morcha. There must be some reason
behind this difference of ideology.
Mahinder Singh Tikait, father of alleged
farmer leader Rakesh Tikait was a far-sighted
farmer leader. He laid siege to the Governor of
Punjab for 7 days along with Bhupinder Singh
Mann, Ajmer Singh Lakhowal and Balbir Singh
Rajewal Sahib under the leadership of former
Prime Minister Chaudhry Charan Singh. A dharna
was held at Bagha border for two days. Twice two
lakh farmers had gathered. The demand was to
restore the farmer's right to sell his food
grains to Pakistan and Arab countries. But
now Rakees Tikait is opposing the free trade of
foodgrains for the Congress ticket. Rajewal
Sahib is also on board the same boat.
Rajewal Sahib's nationalism will destroy
Punjab. The cost of pulses, spices, oils, etc.,
other than flour in the kitchen of every
household is about three times. The farmer's
wheat is almost his own. The price is not
calculated. There are about 23 items in the list of
minimum support price. But the support price has
been imposed only on wheat and paddy and only in
old Punjab. Wheat is mainly grown in Punjab,
which is procured at the support price. Due to
non-availability of support price on other
products, Punjab is getting all these at a lower
price. Rajewal Sahib is giving priority to the whole of India over the interests of Punjab for any particular achievement. The remaining 21 products are demanding support prices. If this is fulfilled then the price of these items will be enhanced. The Government of India has accepted the report of the Swaminathan Commission.
According to the Swaminathan Commission, the
price is to be paid one and a half times the
current price of the crop. On top of this, every
member of the farmer's family has to calculate
the labor cost at the rate of Rs.500 per day.
(that is officially considered a wage) In
addition to equalizing the contractor's income
from their land, the landowner has to calculate
the land contract and its interest. This means
that if a farmer cultivates the land on a
contract basis, then his farming and family
expenses are calculated. But if the farmer has
his own land then the land contract of Rs.
50,000/ - (whichever is) should be counted
separately. This amount will be linked to
interest.
Thus, if the Government of India imposes support
prices on the remaining 21 products to please
Rajewal Sahib, the price will triple. The cost
will increase by billions. No exports will be
profitable. India's economy will plummet
further. Medium farmers, small farmers, landless
people, laborers, hawkers, small shopkeepers
proved to be fatal. Where will the poor eat?
Rajewal Sahib is also responsible for taking the
issue of farmers' products to the Supreme Court.
About 33 kisan leaders of Punjab had decided
that the dharnas should be staged at the Punjab
border or where the police had stopped them.
Accordingly, Ugrahan Sahib staged dharnas at
Dabwali and Khanauri borders. But Rajewal Sahib,
in order to humiliate Ugrahan Sahib, ordered the
youth to move towards Delhi and break the
borders. As a result, the siege of Delhi led to
the case being taken to the Supreme Court. With
the departure to Delhi, Rajewal Sahib must have
received crores of funds, but this morcha proved
to be fatal for the Punjab. Even if the demand
for repeal and cancellation of all the three
bills is accepted, Punjab is not going to get a
single penny. But the Supreme Court decision
will prove fatal tomorrow if not today.
The decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court is to
be made on the basis of the Indian Constitution,
Indian law and natural justice. The Government
of India has the right to grant as many
concessions as it wants to any state. Make any
state impoverished or discrimination against one. But the
Supreme Court has no authority to make such a
decision, to discriminate any one state. But it is a fact that
the High Court, even if it feels discriminated
against for special reasons, decides not to
intervene. Now, apart from the High Court's
decision disqualifying all the three bills, the
case of establishment of Mandi Board and support
price on products has also got momentum.
For the High Court, the constitutional
clause of equality with all, compels it to have
the same rights as all. Therefore, the High
Court is forced to decide one of the two. Either the
support price will apply to all 23 products. or
the support price of wheat and paddy will also
be abolished in Punjab. The biggest possibility is that
the support price will be eliminated from all
items. Because the United Nations, the World
Trade Organization, the World Farmers
Consortium, want all subsidies for farmer
prosperity, abundant production, access for all
to be abolished. Whichever of the two decisions
is made, it will prove fatal for Punjab.
It is not clear what is the reason behind Rajewal Sahib's rejection of the above three big
Punjab Benefit Offers. It seems that Rajewal
Sahib wants to do something big as per the
wishes of Captain and Badal Sahib. So that the
Delhi massacre could be shortened, which was
carried out by Rajiv Sahib himself. So that the
massacre of Akal Takhat Sahib could
be downplayed which was carried out by Badal
Sahib himself. It is also possible that Rajewal
Sahib is expecting a major achievement from the
BJP government. Because if something big happens
in Delhi Punjab, the BJP will get the same
benefits that Rajiv got in the 1984
elections. Rajiv Sahib got as many votes all
over India as Nehru Gandhi did not get soon
after independence. The victory of the BJP in
the Delhi Assembly can be assured, and the
victory of the BJP in the parliamentary
elections can be assured. Rajewal Sahib's
made repeated statements "If I open my mouth,
you don't know what will happen" is a sign of a
big big power behind of Rajewal.
In addition to the border route to enter Delhi,
there are many other routes. The youth of Punjab
will enter Delhi through these routes. These
young people will not be able to reach India
Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan. Because it is 25-30 km
away. They will be allowed to collide with an
element, similar to the one, used in 1984. This
can cause serious damage. It could have a
detrimental effect on Punjab as well. That was
my thought. Now Rajewal Sahib has confirmed this
yesterday. He said that tractors would not enter
Delhi. But will perform on the outer periphery.
But he did not say how the farmers would
protest. Nor did it say how to stop emotional
youth.
Farmers of Punjab! Young people! Farmer leaders.
Now you have shown your immense power to the
Government of India. The government is probably
a little scared. Can accept your every
legitimate and legislative demand. Let's save
Punjab, save Punjab's farmers and youth. Always
follow the safe path for Punjab. Free trade of
wheat with Arab countries is the only way for
Punjab to prosper. In two or three years, Punjab
will be on par with California. Because
Punjab alone will be the one to give wheat to
the above mentioned countries at economic rate
and fulfill their dreams. Our remnants will go
to the Arab world as traders, not laborers.

Sahib. You have given hundreds of martyrs under
his
leadership. Come to your families. Save your
children and your fields. Forget that you are a
Congressman, an Akali, a Communist, a Marxist.
Friends, you yourself say that we are farmers
first. Just become a real farmer. Make Punjab
prosperous. God bless Punjab. The
only request is to make the only demand in the
January 19 meeting that the Government of India
restore free trade of wheat with the Arab
countries. Victory is assured. If you give me
this service, give me all the rights by making a
